Michael was so quick to install two light fixtures. One very large chandelier on a 12 foot ceiling and another drum ceiling light on 10 foot ceiling. They look beautiful and work great. Very clean after. He even noticed flickering lights in my pantry and fixed those. I had him do an extra job with changing 17 flood lights in my media room that are clipped in to the socket and not easy to do plus ceilings are 12 feet high and he was nice enough to change them. HM-PRO was very responsive and I really enjoyed working with them. Will definitely use again!

Michael and Maria run a tight ship! Maria worked with me to find the best time to get the work done and handled the business end like a pro! Michael showed up on time and had good recommendations for us. He did a very nice job installing our new exhaust fan and walked me through it. The labor and materials were as expected, everything is in good working order, and he took care of keeping our home clean of the work debris (wearing shoe covers and putting down a good tarp, for example). We'd definitely hire them again!

Mikhail did a wonderful job of making sense of some confusing wiring from the last time the kitchen was remodeled He made short work of it and even made some improvements I hadn’t thought of We were also under the gun to get it done within 24 hours because of the cabinet installs he was able to make time for us the same day He’s on our permanent list of contractors for our next home improvement

I cannot recommend Michael and Nicolai enough! Our bathroom remodel became more challenging than expected due to the cabinets, fixtures and toilet that we had chosen. At every turn, expert solutions to challenges were found and executed beautifully. Our project involved new wiring, new lights, new vent/heater, wall repairs, new vanity cabinet with double vanity install, huge powered mirror cabinet, new shower fixtures installed, and a new class shower door installed into marble tile. The result was spectacular and we have been delighted every day with the work that was done. Some the best work is unseen (e.g. electrical wiring) and provides peace of mind of a job well done. Working with Maria on the phone and by text was a pleasure as she practically acted like the project general contractor, coordinating supplies and scheduling work. The whole team really came through for us when we had a tight deadline with guests coming to stay for the holidays.. having a functional bathroom was a necessity. They worked long hours to deliver the end result, which was nothing but wow. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

Michael came out to replace a dining room chandelier style light, two hall lights, the awkwardly situated pantry light and then replace a downstairs track light with 3 separate pendants which proved to be a bit trickier than expected as I'd lost one of the parts. Very happy with his work, impressed that he tinned the wire and used proper wire connectors rather than the twist on nuts and despite having to work overhead with some large fittings, handled it all very professionally. I'd estimated we could maybe do it all in 3 hours but was prepared for the downstairs job in particular to take longer - but nope, Michael wrapped up in the 3 hour window and I consider it good value for the 7 lights he installed. Next week we have the decorators in so the new fittings should be shown off to their full extent! Happily use again ... thanks Michael!

Michael nailed the mission impossible - fresh range hood installation. Michael is SIMPLY PERFECT. And Maria made the process seamless. I was very nervous about this rangehood project because 1) there wasn't a rangehood in this house for the last 50 years, it must have been difficult to install it. 2) I had 3 professionals who came before Michael they either said they couldn't do it or gave super expensive and complex solutions. 3) I watched how my friends hired highly rated professionals and their range hood project was still messed up. It seems like a mission impossible, so when Michael told me he can get it done in a day without any unnecessary modifications on the ceiling I was skeptical. However, Michael is a man of his word, he did exactly what he said, and the result is better than what I could imagine!! While we were waiting on the range hood to be delivered Michael purchased other necessary hardware and Maria communicated with me to make sure everything goes well before the installation day. On the day of installation, Michael was very well organized and worked very hard till 10 pm to make sure everything was perfectly done, also left the area clean. I felt bad for asking him to installanother ceiling light after he was done with the rangehood but he said "no problem" and installed it quickly. As a new homeowner I worked with so many so-called professionals who made me want to just live in an apartment again, Michael bought hope back with his knowledge, skills, more importantly - professional ethics. I'll definitely hire Michael and Maria again and would love to recommend them to everyone!!

Mikhail was very professional and went above and beyond while installing the range hood and even helped with the vents. He was upfront with communication. His wife managed the scheduling and communication which was very courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend HM pro.

I have old plaster/sheet rock walls, they're very fragile. Michael did the install so smoothly my wife and I can't believe it. Didn't leave a crack behind or dust on the floor. His work is amazing for sure we can all read the reviews and see that, but his heart is made of pure gold. Great guy. I had used Mikhail’s service to have our bathroom vent fan replaced. Maria was responsive and flexible with dates. I was given good recommendation on the fan to buy as well. Mikhail went over and beyond with his workmanship. He discovered that there was a deeper problem in the attic, and provided recommendations on how to fix it. He spent a lot of time explaining the issue and providing suggestions on how to fix it. It could have been easy for Mikhail to just “do the job”. But he cared to explain the bigger problem, and providing alternate solutions. He is very knowledgeable and I would Totally recommend him.
